Imagine you have a few hours to hike through the woods with some close friends. You begin with a stretch, mediation and fire ceremony. Then we head off into the woods. Taking cues from Mother Nature we become aware and relaxed. Silence, wish making, forgiving, releasing and declaring all occur spontaneously and effortlessly.
